No middleman fees
Booking through our own website means there are no platform service fees added on top.
Secure booking and payment
Our booking calendar and checkout are run by Lodgify, a holiday rental booking system. You choose your dates, see the price and pay securely online. 50% is due when you book and the balance 7 days before arrival. There's no security deposit.
Clear terms, upfront
Please read our cancellation terms before you book. At the moment, all prepayments are non-refundable, so we recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation.
Looked after locally
Our team in Florida handles cleaning and maintenance, and they're there to support you during your stay.
Free access to the Oasis Club and Retreat Club
Included with both our villas, the Grand Villa and Backswing Way. You get full access to the facilities across the Oasis Club complex, including the Retreat Club, and there is no resort fee. When you sign in to SymLiv, register your car's number plate and that parking pass covers the villa stay. Bring your booking confirmation to the club as well.
