The Oasis Club says it is an exclusive resort-style club for registered residents and guests of Lennar’s ChampionsGate Community. The clubhouse is about 16,000 sq ft. Outside, the pool deck is about 82,000 sq ft.
Free access to the Oasis Club and Retreat Club is included with both our villas, the Champions Gate Grand Villa and the Backswing Way Pool Villa. Both are in the Oasis Club resort. Guests have full access to the facilities across the complex, including the Retreat Club, and there is no resort fee.
Facilities

Lazy river
A zero-entry heated lazy river on the 82,000 sq ft pool deck.
Water slide and splash zone
A water slide, and an interactive splash zone, on the same pool deck.
Quiet pool and spa
A 130,000 gallon heated quiet pool, and a spa.
Fitness centre
A state-of-the-art fitness centre inside the 16,000 sq ft clubhouse.
Restaurant and Tiki Bar
A full-service restaurant with indoor and patio dining, servers at your poolside chair, a full-service Tiki Bar and a sundries stand. An 18% service charge is added to dining orders.
Cinema and arcade
The 26-seat Lennar Homes Theater shows first-run films daily. The last showing of the day begins at 6:30pm. There is also an arcade room.
Volleyball
Two regulation-size sand volleyball courts.
Cabanas
16 indoor air-conditioned cabanas, each with lounge seating for two, two outdoor lounge chairs with an umbrella, an LED TV, and a bathroom with a shower. The club says separate fees apply. Canopy and cabana rentals are same-day only, from 9am to 9pm. Advanced reservations are not accepted.
Clubhouse and events
Banquet space, rentable conference rooms, a concierge and common areas. Private event spaces, including quiet-pool or lazy-river cabanas, banquet rooms and the cinema, are available daily. To-go platter menus can be ordered for pick-up.
Private events are booked by emailing mrussell@trueclubteam.com, the address the club publishes on its events page. Weekly food specials are listed on the specials calendar and change from week to week.
The Retreat Club
The Retreat Club is part of the Oasis Club complex. Guests at both villas have free, full access to the facilities across the complex, including the Retreat Club.
On the official Oasis Club website, the Retreat Club has its own calendar, a special events list, and menus with a main menu and a drinks menu. The amenities page does not describe a separate set of Retreat Club facilities, so none are listed here.
Getting in as a Rudders Rentals guest

That is the Champions Gate Grand Villa and the Backswing Way Pool Villa. Both are in the Oasis Club resort. Access is free, with full use of the complex, and there is no resort fee.
Tuscan Terrace uses Tuscana Resort
The villas use the Oasis Club. Tuscan Terrace does not. The condo is in Tuscana Resort Orlando, in the ChampionsGate area of Davenport, and it uses Tuscana's own facilities: a shared pool, jacuzzi and kids' pool area, plus the heated pool, children's pool, fitness centre and 30-seat theatre the resort lists.
How the parking pass works
For a stay at either villa, the ChampionsGate parking pass is handled through SymLiv. When you sign in to SymLiv, register your car's number plate. That covers you for the whole stay.
Still take your booking confirmation to the club. The club accepts it on a phone or as a printed copy, and it should show the dates of stay and the address of the home.

QR codes issued via the Gate Access app are not accepted. The club says they do not display an address, and that homeowners and residents may not use them to gain entry.

Food and drink
Outside food, beverages and personal cups are prohibited.
Under 16s
Guests under 16 must be with a parent or guardian over the age of 16 at all times.
Lightning
The club may suspend operations in thunder and lightning, and may ask guests to leave the pools and dining areas. Lightning procedures

The Oasis Club website does not publish one set of opening hours. Check the official site before you go. Hours change seasonally.
