Privacy notice

Rudders Rentals can be reached at ruddersrentals@gmail.com, or by phone: UK +44 7788 266261 · USA +1 (339) 800-8911. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive the details you type so we can reply.

If you leave a review, we keep your first name, email, the home, the month and year of your stay, your star rating and the words you wrote. The email is for us only and is never published. Nothing goes on the site until we approve it. An approved review is shown as you wrote it, with your first name, the month and year, the home and the rating.

If you send a postcard, we keep your first name, the home, the month and year, the words you wrote, your answers to the optional questions, and the photos. We resize the photos and remove location data from them. Nothing goes on the wall until we approve it. The optional social-media tick is stored with the time you ticked it, and it is never required.

Bookings are completed on our Lodgify pages, not stored by this marketing site. Lodgify handles availability, payment and the booking record.

If a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, we ask before loading it. If you reject analytics, the Google script is not added. Page clicks, including Check availability, are not bookings.

The pound converter asks open.er-api.com for the live US dollar to pound rate from your browser. We do not send your name with that request.
