Booking
How do I book?
Choose your home, pick your dates in the availability calendar and click "Book Now". You book directly with us through our secure Lodgify checkout.
Can I ask a question before booking?
Of course. Email or WhatsApp us (see Contact).
Payment via Lodgify
How do I pay?
Payment is taken securely online through Lodgify when you book.
When is payment due?
50% when you book, and the balance 7 days before arrival.
Is there a security deposit?
No security deposit is due.
What if I need to cancel?
Under our current policy, all prepayments are non-refundable, so please take out travel insurance.

This is a guide only. Bookings are charged in US dollars, and your bank's exchange rate and fees may differ.
Check-in and check-out
What time is check-in?
3:00 pm at both Champions Gate villas, and 2:00 pm at Tuscan Terrace.
What time is check-out?
11:00 am at the villas, and 12:00 noon at Tuscan Terrace.
Pools
Do the homes have private pools?
Both villas have private pools, and the 9-bedroom villa also has a spa. Tuscan Terrace has a shared pool.
Please supervise children around water at all times.
Car hire
Do we need a car?
We'd recommend one. The homes are a drive from the parks, the shops and the airport.
Is it far from the airport?
About 27–32 miles, usually 35–45 minutes. See our airport guide.
Is there parking?
Yes, at all three homes.

Travelling with kids
Are children welcome?
Yes. Our homes are set up for family holidays, and the big villa has themed kids' rooms.
Can we bring pets?
Sorry, no pets at any of our homes.
